About Me
As a Reading Specialist I work with students in small groups or one on one who have difficulty in reading or writing. I work with students teaching them how to sound out words (decoding), fluency, and reading comprehension. I also assess and analysis data to see who can benefit from this type of instruction. Most importantly I try to motivate my students to read-read-read and to develop the love for reading. Recognizing my students success is as much of a joy for me as it is for them!
